Can I exchange my products?
The items you purchase at itshoes.com can be exchanged for another size or colour as long as they are in perfect condition and we have stock. If you wish to exchange an item you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. You can request the exchange by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating us your order number or the email provided on the purchase.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
Exchanges must be made within 15 days from date of purchase.
Do I have to pay anything for my exchange?
You can be the one to handle the shipping or, if you want, we can help you. We don't gain anything from the management, we offer the service because we have better shipping prices as a company.
Shippings managed by us in Peninsular Spain and Portugal, have to be paid by the customer by bank transfer or, in the case of return without exchange, we will deduct 8 € from the amount to be refunded. The pick up has a cost of 8 € in this area through MRW (no schechule fixed: 9h-19h)
In order to request a pick up you have to send us an email to email@example.com. If you prefer, you can also leave your package at the closest MRW office, but don't do it before informing us because we need to ask for authorization. We need 24 hours to request a pickup both at home and at the MRW office of your choice. You don't need to put any address, MRW will put a label on your package. That's why it's very important that you protect the box very well or put it inside another box so that the original box of IT SHOES arrives in perfect condition. We took 4 euros if your box arrives with stickers or in bad condition.
New deliveries are free of charge.

Once we receive the package, we will manage and send the new package or, in case of return, we will make the refund in the same way it was charged.
When do I get the exchanged item?
- Continental Spain and Portugal: After receiving the amount of the exchange shipment, we will send the new article. MRW will make the pick up at the same time as the new delivery.
- Islands, rest of Europe and USA: After verifying that the item initially purchased and returned is in perfect condition, we will request the amount of the new shipment by bank transfer in order to proceed shipping.
If there is a difference in value between the exchanged product and the new product purchased, how will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
When will I receive the difference?
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be refunded to your account the following Friday.
Remember that the time it takes to receive your refund always depends on your bank.
