BAGS – ITSHOES

How do I know my size?

We don’t use a standard size guide in centimeters because it often causes more confusion than clarity.

In each product description, we explain how that specific model fits. Most of our customers choose their usual size.

If you’re between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger one: it’s always better to have a little extra room than to be too tight.

And if the size isn’t perfect, you can always exchange it.

Changes Without Drama.

You have 15 days to request an exchange or return.

For orders placed from Spain and Portugal, we offer a first free exchange.

If you decide to return your shoes, the process is very simple and intuitive through our website. The refund will be made once we receive the order and verify that everything is in perfect condition.

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind.

I love high heels, but I'm worried they might be uncomfortable.

We don't design shoes to stay in the closet or to wear only while sitting.

All our heels are made to provide stability, enhance your silhouette, and accompany you all day long without sacrificing comfort. Cushioned insoles, balanced structures, and carefully studied heights make the difference.

Because the smile of our IT Girls is non-negotiable.

Our designs are created in Spain and handcrafted in specialized workshops in Spain and Portugal using premium leather.

We do not work with mass production. Each pair is made with intention, precision, and great attention to detail.

We work exclusively with premium leather both on the outside and inside of the shoe. The quality of the materials, construction, and design balance are essential to us.

We design with durability and a timeless style in mind, not fast consumption.

With proper care, our shoes are made to accompany you for many seasons.
