How long does my shipment take?
Spain or Continental Portugal: If you have made the purchase and we have received payment before 4:00 p.m. on a business day, you will receive your purchase the next business day between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Islands: Shipping is made by post, it usually takes 24/48 hours or 3 business days.
Europe: Shipping is made by the Courier company chosen by the customer and may take between 24 hours and 48 hours or 5 business days.
USA: Shipping is made by the Courier company chosen by the customer and may take 5 business days.
What is the delivery schedule?
Spain or Continental Portugal: If you have chosen free shipping, delivery is on business days from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. without the possibility of setting a time. If they don't find you at home, they will call you at the contact phone number you left to arrange a new delivery or leave you a notice.
Europe: Delivery is on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. without the possibility of setting a time. If they don't find you at home, they will call you at the contact phone number you left to arrange a new delivery or leave you a notice.
Islands: If no one is home, the post office will leave a notice in the mailbox with which you can go to your nearest post office and pick up your package.
Do you accept returns?
Of course, if you don't like them, we'll refund your money. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How much does the return cost if I want you to take care of it?
Spain and Continental Portugal: If we request the collection ourselves, shipping costs €8 and the collection time is from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays. You can also deliver the package (well protected) to the MRW office closest to your home, but first we have to give you authorization. New shipments, in case of a change, have no cost.

If you reside in Europe: You will receive an email with your tracking number and the TNT link so you can check the status of your shipment at all times.
