You have a period of 15 days from when you receive the package to request an exchange or return by sending us an email at info@itshoes.com with the order number or the email you used to make the purchase, or you can do it from the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/itshoes

Once we receive the package and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will process and send the new package or refund the amount in the same way it was charged.

Rest of the World

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

We recommend contacting us first to assist you with the process.

Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for models that arrive defective or showing signs of use.

Try on the shoes on clean floors to avoid staining the sole in case you want to exchange or return them.

Regarding the shipping when you return them, if your IT SHOES box does not arrive exactly as you received it, we will deduct €4, so make sure it has no stickers or is in poor condition.

If you cannot use the original packaging, you can put it in another box, use bubble wrap, or cardboard paper to pack it.

Instructions

To request a return, you need to send us an email at info@itshoes.com.

If you are in Spain or Continental Portugal and decide to return your item, €8 will be deducted (home pickup), €4.50 (drop off at the post office). If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula, the amount to be deducted will depend on your postal code.

You can prepare your shipment and we will pick it up at your home between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (no option to choose a specific time). You don’t need to provide any address; you just have to show the QR code to the courier, and they will put a label on your package.

That’s why it’s very important that you wrap your box well or put it inside another box so that the original IT SHOES box arrives in perfect condition.

We will deduct €4 if your box arrives with stickers or in poor condition.

Good to know

After confirming that the delivery is correct and the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account the following Friday.

Remember:

• Refunds are processed once the return is approved.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
