You have a period of 15 days from when you receive the package to request an exchange or return by sending us an email to info@itshoes.com with the order number or the email with which you made the purchase or do so from the following link: https: //returns.itsrever.com/itshoes

Once we receive the package and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will manage and send the new package or refund the amount in the same way it was charged.



ATTENTION TO THE PACKAGING OF THE RETURN

ATTENTION! Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on models that arrive defective or show signs of having been used. Try the shoes on clean floors to avoid staining the sole in case you want to exchange or return them. Regarding shipping when you return them, if the box of your IT SHOES does not arrive as you received it, we will deduct €4, so take good care that it does not have stickers or is in poor condition. If you cannot use the original packaging, you can put it in another box, use bubble wrap or cardboard to pack it.

You can manage the shipping or, if you want, we can do it. The collections managed by us in Spain and Continental Portugal are free.

To request a pickup you have to click on the link above. It is very important that you wrap your box well or put it inside another box so that the original IT SHOES box arrives in perfect condition. We will deduct €4 if your box arrives with stickers or in poor condition.

The carrier will collect the return. When you arrive at our facilities, we will check that everything is fine and we will send the change at free cost.
