In which countries can I buy online?
We ship only to countries in the European Union and the USA.
In how many languages can I browse?
The browsing languages are English and Spanish.
Do you restock items marked "out of stock" or out of stock in my size?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If you leave us your email, we will contact you as soon as the shoes or accessories are available. Outlet models are not restocked.

Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes, except for those products with handmade processes in which there could be a slight difference in the finish. The colors are the closest to reality but they are not 100% real since each screen transmits its closest version.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the LOG IN section. You will receive an email with your new password.
How can I be sure that my order is correct?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, check your Spam or contact us at email@example.com
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, you can remove unwanted items from your shopping bag.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
