Refund policy

 IT GIRL, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we put everything at your disposal so you can make any exchange or return without problems.

You have a period of 15 days since you receive the package to request an exchange or refund by sending an email to info@itshoes.com with the order number or email with which you made the purchase or do it from the following link: https://return.iflastmile.com/itshoes.

Once we receive the package and check that everything is in perfect condition, we will manage and send the new package or refund the amount in the same way it was charged.

 

ATTENTION TO RETURN PACKAGING

ATTENTION! No returns or exchanges will be accepted on models that arrive defective or with signs of having been worn. Try the shoes on clean floors so as not to stain the sole in case you want to exchange or return them. Regarding the shipping when you return them, if the box of your IT SHOES does not arrive as you received it, we will deduct 4€, so take care that it does not have stickers or is in bad condition. If you can not use the original packaging you can put it in another box, use bubble wrap or cardboard paper to pack it.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return you have to send us an email to  info@itshoes.com or click on the following link:  https://return.iflastmile.com/itshoes where you will see the different options you have to send us the items.

If you are in Spain or Continental Portugal and you decide to return your item we will deduct 8€ (pick up at home), 4,50€ (drop off at the post office) or you can do it for free at the physical store (C/Lagasca, 52. 28001 Madrid). If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula the amount to be discounted will depend on your zip code.

You can prepare your shipment and we will pick it up at home from 9h to 19h (there is no possibility to mark timetable). You don't need to put any address, you will only have to show the QR to the delivery man and he will put a label on your package. That's why it is very important that you wrap your box well or put it inside another box so that the original IT SHOES box arrives in perfect conditions. We will deduct 4€ if your box arrives with stickers or in bad condition.

After confirming that the reception is correct and the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account the following Friday. Remember that the time it takes to receive the credit to your credit card always depends on your bank.

PURCHASES IN ONLINE STORE CAN BE EXCHANGED AND RETURNED IN PHYSICAL STORE (LAGASCA 52, MADRID).

Under no circumstances will we accept shoes with signs of having been worn.
