How do I know my size?

We don’t use a standard size guide in centimeters because it often causes more confusion than clarity.

In each product description, we explain how that specific model fits. Most of our customers choose their usual size.

If you’re between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger one: it’s always better to have a little extra room than to be too tight.

And if the size isn’t perfect, you can always exchange it.

For orders placed from Spain and Portugal, we offer a first free exchange.

If you decide to return your shoes, the process is very simple and intuitive through our website. The refund will be made once we receive the order and verify that everything is in perfect condition.
